Trauma-Informed Work-Readiness Programs

Join us on July 15th at 1:10 PM, at the Nita M. Lowey’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant Program Summer Symposium! Our Lead Consultant, Ebony Davis, present Providing Trauma Informed Behavioral Health Supportive Services to Young Adults in Work Readiness Programs. A trauma informed approach has been shown to support the development and wellness of at-risk youth. Additionally, agencies who integrate behavioral health support services in their work-readiness programs has been shown to have superior outcomes opposed to the agencies that do not provide these services. Ms. Davis is passionate about developing programs that promote the economic, social, and political mobility of disenfranchised youth. You can register for the symposium here. We hope to see you there!
